Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. 

Perishable items, including but not limited to food or plant products, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for health, safety, and quality control reasons.

Additional non-returnable items include:

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before requesting a return.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. The best way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible item you currently have (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement item. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, this right does not apply to perishable goods or items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once delivered.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
