CocoSupply – Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase Options

At CocoSupply, customers may choose between two purchasing options when buying eligible products:

1. One-Time Purchase
Customers may purchase the product at the standard listed price with no recurring charges.

2. Subscription Purchase
Customers may choose a discounted subscription price. By selecting the subscription option, the customer agrees to recurring monthly billing under the terms described below.


2. Subscription Benefits

Customers who select the subscription purchase option receive the following benefits:

  • A reduced subscription price compared to the standard one-time purchase price.

  • Monthly delivery of additional product at specified quantity.

  • Continued access to subscription pricing as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing.


3. Billing Terms

By selecting the subscription option, customers agree that:

  • They will be charged automatically each month using the payment method provided at checkout.

  • Billing will occur every 30 days from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • The subscription will continue automatically until cancelled by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment information remains valid and up to date.


4. Shipping of Subscription Items

Subscription benefits and product will be shipped according to the shipping schedule stated at checkout or within the product description.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, availability, and shipping carrier conditions.


5. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

To cancel a subscription, customers may:

  • Log into their customer account portal, or

  • Contact CocoSupply customer support

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next scheduled charge.

If a cancellation request is received after a billing cycle has already been processed, the charge for that billing period may not be refundable.


6. Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or in cases of verified billing errors.

Customers who experience issues with a shipment or product should contact CocoSupply support so we can resolve the issue.


7. Changes to Subscription Program

CocoSupply reserves the right to modify or update subscription pricing, benefits, or terms. Customers will be notified of material changes in advance where required.

Continued use of the subscription service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
